For many websites it is necessary to have one or more contact forms, either for the Contact section of a business website, or for any other action between the visitor and the webmaster.
In WordPress, the integration of contact forms is very simple, just install a plugin, in this case, one of the most used to create contact forms, Contact Form 7, from the developer Takayuki Miyoshi.

Once you install and activate the plugin, by clicking on Plugins in the WordPress desktop menu > Adding new > Search Contact Form 7, the Contact element will appear in the menu.
If we place the cursor on this element, three options will appear, Contact Forms, New Addition and Integration.
If we click on Contact Forms, we will see the ones we have created. To create a new one, we will click on Add new one.
We will write a number for the form and in the field below we will configure it.

By clicking on the buttons above, you can add more elements, for example, a drop-down menu.

Now, in the tab Messages, we will be able to customize the message that will be shown to the user when sending from the form.
Once the configuration is finished, click Save and copy the shortcode. In an entry or page we paste the shortcode in the place that is required.
When publishing the page, we will be able to observe how it looks from the form.

When sending a test message, we will be able to observe the result in the email inbox.

It is possible to add reCaptcha when entering the Contact Menu Integration option, and follow the steps that are mentioned there. It is with the end of avoiding spam on the part of bots.
